Creative Therapy and Supervision in Bristol
Hi my name is Carly, thank you for checking out my website!
I’m an experienced children and young people’s therapist and trauma informed adult counsellor. I have years worth of experience working for progressive charities such as Off the Record, Bristol, the NSPCC and Women’s Aid.
I’m a great believer though that sometimes ‘words just aren’t enough’ , and that the creative arts can help to access and communicate what can otherwise be too difficult or painful to voice .That said, I’m trained in a range of modalities, so its totally ok if this isn’t for you, I don’t take a one size fits all approach.
I’m also a fine artist, and I use my practical experience in the arts to support other creatives, from performers, painters to writers, who might be struggling with creative block or the unique challenges of the field.
